Which utilities are residents responsible for?

Residents arrange electric service through Florida Power & Light and water through Charlotte County Utilities. Cable, internet, and telephone service are optional.

Is renter’s insurance required?

A minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage is required, with the owner listed as additional insured. Management is not responsible for personal possessions.

Are pets permitted?

Pets are not permitted in Deep Creek Golf Villas or on the grounds.

How do I report a repair?

Please contact management. For an after-hours maintenance emergency, call the emergency maintenance number provided to residents.

How and when is rent paid?

Payments may only be mailed to the address listed on your lease. Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late after the first. Late charges are assessed on the fifth.
